Emperor Penguin

Posted on by

I have only photograph of an Emperor Penguin (Aptenodytes forsteri). It is not very good, as I was on a boat, and it was on an iceberg in the distance. Due to the location and time of year, it appears to be a juvenile. It was near two Adelie Penguins, so its larger size is quite evident.
